From a very young age I always wanted to be a hairdresser, I didn't realise how valuable the skills I developed during my first career would be.
My clients would confide in me. I developed my listening skills. I cared for each of my clients & wanted to bring out the best in them not only with their hair. It's so important to feel good. Saying the right thing, being open, truthful & encouraging would uplift & make a difference to my client's day. Really listening & being non judgemental is another tool I learned.
As I started on my own self healing, I discovered a new path of different therapies. I had my own fears & insecurities. I'd never felt truly peacefuI. I had a low self esteem & didn't value myself. I'd kept it well hidden, even from myself. I wanted to please everyone, perfect for a hairdresser but not for everyday life.
When I started my own self healing, It wasn't easy. My self worth & confidence was developing. I was realising I needed change I couldn't stay as I was because I was changing.
My confidence & self belief was gradually improving. My affirmation was 'I am good enough!'
I discovered new things about energies. I had a thirst for reading about spiritual things. I went on courses: spiritual development, spiritual healing, Tarot cards, psychic development.
I then wanted a qualification, to study. I did a diploma with the National Association of Counsellors, Hypnotherapists & Psychotherapists in London.
I'm a a full member of the National Association of Counsellors Hypnotherapists & Psychotherapists. I am registered with CNHC with my hypnotherapy.

After gaining my hypnotherapy qualification, I studied Rebirthing. I learned deep meditation & insightful questioning. This helped very much with my own self development.
In 2009 I studied again & became a life coach. This is a practical approach to identify areas for improvement & change. I continue to study & gain knowledge.
I find the psychologist side of me works very well with the spiritual side.
I don't want to put anyone off coming to me who have no interest in spiritual matters. I offer hypnotherapy as a powerful stand alone treatment that brings great results.
I also teach Reiki First, Second Degree & Masters. I give tarot & spiritual readings.
I live & work in Caddington Bedfordshire. I do Tarot cards in Caddington & every few weeks at Nail Artistry in Hemel Hempstead old High Street. I will also travel a ten mile radius to do Tarot readings for small groups.
